Greetings Representative  _______________.
I’m calling to urge you to vote in favor of Senate Bill 411, HOUSING AND RENT CHANGES. With rent increasing nearly 30% each year, families are struggling more and more to make rent each month. And we see that. There has been an alarming increase in the number of families experiencing homelessness.. SB 411 seeks to protect families from homelessness by extending eviction time frames and strengthening tenant protections, giving renters a chance to access life-saving rental funds.

Can I trust ____________ to vote in favor of SB 411 when it is heard in committee this Wednesday? Thank you for joining us in preventing homelessness for New Mexico renters and protecting everyone’s right to safe and stable housing.
