Kelsey O’Keefe is the Finance and Operations Manager at NMCLP, where she leads the financial management and day to day accounting for the organization. She has worked as a nonprofit administrator since 2007, beginning her career in arts administration. She supported the production of dance performance as Audience Services Manager at the Southern Theatre in Minneapolis and later as General Manager at Keshet Dance Company in Albuquerque. Feeling the strong connection between the values of social justice and the arts, she transitioned from supporting artists to supporting advocates by joining the Center in a fundraising role. At NMCLP, she was able to deepen her interest in bookkeeping, becoming Finance Manager in 2022. She proudly coordinated the Center’s 2025 office remodel project. Outside of work, she enjoys theatre, board games, and escape rooms.
