Senior Economic Equity Attorney
505-255-2840

Riley Massé is a Senior Economic Equity Attorney at NMCLP, where she advocates for equitable housing policy and works to advance housing justice for New Mexicans. Prior to joining the Center, she served as the Housing Stability Managing Attorney at New Mexico Legal Aid, where she led a team of attorneys, developed tenant advocacy initiatives, and represented hundreds of tenants in eviction cases, affirmative litigation, and administrative proceedings related to federally subsidized housing. Witnessing the depth of the affordable housing crisis inspired her to focus on policy and systemic advocacy. At NMCLP, her work has included holding local governments accountable in housing issues through litigation and administrative advocacy, and representing tenants in multi-plaintiff affirmative suits and class actions to enforce their rights. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her two cats and dog.
