Wolf Bomgardner is an Economic Equity attorney at the New Mexico Center for Law and Poverty (NMCLP), where he advocates for tenants and people experiencing homelessness. With a focus on preserving affordable housing—particularly public housing and manufactured home communities—Wolf works to ensure that everyone has access to safe and decent homes.

Prior to his current role, Wolf championed efforts to expand protections for people burdened by debt and to eliminate unjust fines and fees in the criminal legal system. Before joining NMCLP, he served as a trial attorney at the New Mexico Law Offices of the Public Defender.
